Courage

"For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world,

and this is the victory that overcometh the world,

even our faith"

1 John 5:4

Father, I will be strong and courageous in You, O Lord. I have complete confidence in Your ability to give me the victory.  I encounter every danger and difficulty with firmness and without fear.  I am brave, bold, and resolute.  I fulfill my calling in a spirit of valor and determination that overcomes any obstacle that the enemy would put in my path.

I do not turn from Your Word, Lord, I make it the cornerstone of my life so that I may prosper in all that I do.  I speak Your Word continually.  I meditate upon Your Word day and night so that I may do all that is written within it.  By doing this I make my way prosperous, have good success, and deal wisely in all the affairs of my life.  I give Your Word first place, O Lord.  In my life, I make Your Word the final authority.  I am faithful, strong, vigorous, bold, and very courageous.  Fear has no place in me, for You are with me wherever I go and whatever I do.

I am as bold as a lion because of my union with You.  I am not afraid to do what is right.  I am not afraid of the future, because I know You will never leave me or forsake me.  By the power of Your Spirit in me, I can face the uncertainties of life with an undaunted spirit of courage and confidence.

In Jesus' Name I proclaim it.
